- Ordering and Payment
Products can be ordered easily through the website.
Payment is made through available online methods only.
Once payment is completed, the order confirmation will be sent via email or phone.
- Operation and Instructions
Customers must follow the product operation instructions provided in the manual or via email.
Customers are informed about proper operation and periodic maintenance for optimal performance.
- Receipt and Verification
Upon delivery by our company’s delivery team, customers must verify all technical aspects and attached parts and report any issues within 48 hours.
Objections after this period will not be accepted unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
- Warranty and Manufacturing Defects
The company covers any manufacturing defects appearing within five days of use.
The warranty is void if malfunctions result from misuse, incorrect operation, or failure to follow instructions.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
-Transport or improper handling by the customer,
-Incorrect electrical connections,
-Electrical current issues (under or over current),
-Exposure to sunlight.
Consumable parts and replacement spare parts are not covered.
The warranty is void if the product is tampered with or repaired without the company’s knowledge.
- Delivery and On-site Services
Products are delivered by our company team within 3–5 working days after contacting the customer to confirm site readiness and electrical setup for electric equipment.
Delivery fees include installation and operation service at the site.
In case of malfunction during the warranty period, the customer may:
-Request on-site service from our technical team, or
-Send the product to the company’s technical department for inspection and maintenance.
- Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if in new, unused condition, including all original parts and packaging.
Customized or used products are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Invoice and Official Warranty
Warranty details are stated in the electronic invoice sent to the customer.
- Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for order processing and service improvement.
Data is not shared with third parties without consent.
- Company Responsibility
We strive to provide accurate and reliable products and services but cannot guarantee error-free operation.
